Vinyasa Flow

Join Waves for this fun and dynamic class that builds both strength and flexibility while quieting the mind. Students can expect a moderate workout as they tune into their breath to flow through the postures. All beginners are welcome.

Time: 60 minutes.

Students are encouraged to bring a mat (available for hire) and water bottle to class.
