Yin Yoga

Join waves for this subtle and revitalizing class that provides deep relaxation. Yin is a slow paced style of yoga where asanas (poses) are held for 3-5 minutes. Students will experience reduced stress and anxiety, improved flexibility and enhanced joint mobility. All beginners are welcome.

Time: 60 minutes.

Students are encouraged to bring a mat (available for hire) and water bottle to class.
